Number Usage
- Our 800# with Extension for your company "Spanish Line". In any advertising/print form, you would add your normal number for English calls and add "Para Español llame 800 - our #" (LOCAL #'s ALSO AVAILABLE - extra charge)

Automated Spanish Phone Message Only
- This is perfect if you want to only provide your Spanish speaking natives a specific message or information, pricing, or further details on how they should go about contracting you and process and order.
- Minute Rate: 9.9 cents

- Overview: (5 calls a day, each 5 minutes long = 25 minutes X .099 cents = $2.48 X 20 Working Days = $49.60)
Hundred's or thousands less than hiring a part-time or full-time staff member.

Messages Delivery: If customer leaves a message, we can review and send you via e-mail the translated version.
- Minute Rate .35 cents. A monthly call log can be e-mailed to you so you can see the total calls that came in through that
number/EXT.
- You have the option of calling them back or not, depending on the nature of the call.

- Overview: (5 calls a day, each 5 minutes long = 25 minutes X .35 cents = $8.75 X 20 Working Days = $175.00)

Live Answer
- If we answer each phone call through our designated number/EXT, we can provide any information you would like us to give the
customer OR simply take a Customer Inquiry Order.
- Each Inquiry can be delivered directly to your e-mail.
- The call log will show the amount of minutes each call lasted.
- You can then decide to follow up on the call/request.
- Minute Rate: .45 cents

- Overview: (5 calls a day, each call is 5 minutes long = 25 minutes X .45 cents = $11.25 X 20 Working Days a Month = $225.00)

3-Way Conference Calls/Interpretation
- If you would like to talk to those that left a message, we can interpret for you through a 3-way conference call.
- We will first explain who we are. Seconds later, the conversation can commence.
- Minute Rate: .65 cents a minute (Lowest prices in the market)

- Overview: 30 minute conversation X .65 cents = $19.50
