HOW IT WORKS
Once you complete our Sign-Up process, describing your overall needs, we will pair you with a capable, bilingual assistant that will first undergo a screening procedure that will assure us they completely understand the task at hand developed from your needs. At the same time, we will provide you with a list of communication resources that will assist you to easily communicate with your assistant. Once your assistant is ready, he or she will introduce themselves to you and start their 20 or 40 hour work week.

Pick from Part-Time (20 hr/wk) or Full-Time (40 hr/wk).
We will help you not only reduce your payroll expenses but will help you work more efficiently. You get the equivalent of a in-house, full-time employee without added expenses such as workmens comp insurance, payroll, benefits, taxes, and other employee costs.
There is a 6 month minimum agreement. Why 6 Months? Remember, they are human who have families and bills to pay. They are assigned to you and only you. It's a 2 way commitment
